    LEBANON - The man whose body was found in a burned-out apartment July 14 probably was dead before the fire, police said.

    Deaths trigger heroin warning
    Heroin use was a contributing factor in some deaths in the city of Lebanon over the past week, which the county coroner said Tuesday was prompting him to issue a warning about the drug.
