St. Tammany deputies break up cockfight in Slidell

The bad luck of a stuck duck changed when firefighters in Santa Fe, Texas, rescued the bird wedged in a chimney. The New Orleans Police Department has charged a 16-year-old male with felony animal cruelty for the death of a cat, according to a statement from the Louisiana SPCA.
